Yes. HomeGuard is designed to be simple and flexible.
When do I receive my inspection?
Members receive one annual Home Wellness Inspection. Scheduling is coordinated based on availability and service area.
How do referral credits work?
Earn one free month when a referred customer completes a qualifying paid job.
Does it include free repairs?
No. HomeGuard provides member benefits, preferred pricing, reminders, and the annual inspection. Repair labor and materials are separate unless stated otherwise.
Can another household use my membership?
Membership benefits apply to the enrolled home unless Norman's Quality Repair approves otherwise.
Is this a home warranty?
No. HomeGuard is a proactive home care membership, not insurance or a warranty program.
